Day by day
Day 1 — December 28
You land in Accra and we handle the rest. A private car brings you to the hotel, so the only thing left is to drop your bags and start looking around.
Day 2 — December 29
A guided city tour through Accra — culture, history, landmarks and the neighborhoods that give the city its personality — followed by an interactive drumming lesson and a welcome dinner with the whole group.
Day 3 — December 30
We travel beyond Accra for the day. Cape Coast is the part of this trip that stays with you — history, coastline and time to sit with it together.
Day 4 — December 31
Free time during the day to enjoy Ghana your way, then we come together to celebrate New Year's Eve. Details for the evening will be shared closer to the trip.
Day 5 — January 1
A free day to ease into the new year on your own terms — and receive a gift from BATW Travels to remember the trip.
Day 6 — January 2
A day set aside for shopping in Accra. Pick up kente, artwork, souvenirs and anything else that caught your eye during the week.
Day 7 — January 3
Check out, one last look at Accra and a private car to the airport. You'll leave with a group chat that stays busy long after the flight home.

The trip
This is a group experience, not a tour bus. Six nights in Accra, a day on the Cape Coast, daily breakfast, a welcome dinner on night one and an NYE gift.
Everything logistical is handled — private transfers, hotel, guided days, the meals that matter. The rest of the week is deliberately open, so Ghana can happen at your pace.

Your package includes six nights at the Mövenpick Ambassador Hotel or similar, daily breakfast, private roundtrip airport transfers, an Accra City Tour with drumming lessons, a Cape Coast Tour with lunch, the Welcome Dinner, transportation to the New Year's Eve party, and an NYE gift from BATW Travels. The NYE party experience itself is not included — pricing will be shared once it's available.
